Delivery of your product(s)

If you have placed an order, we start processing your order immediately. The products ordered by you will be collected and will be made ready for dispatch. We always double-check each order to ensure the right product(s) will be sent. This way you can be sure that you always will receive the products you ordered.

Delivery time

We strive to deliver your order within 1 to 2 days. After your order has been paid, checked and approved, it will be sent immediately. You will receive a tracking code which you can track your package with. You can also see the expected delivery time of your package.

Not living in The Netherlands or Belgium, then please check the estimated delivery times at International shipping. Normally orders will be delivered within 7 days.

What is a tracking code?
If the order is too large for the mailbox, it will be sent as a package. When your package is registered with PostNL, a tracking code will be sent to your e-mail address. You can track your order with the tracking code, this way you can see exactly at which stage your package is during the delivery process.

Shipping costs

In order to deliver your package as quickly as possible, we work together with PostNL. Would you like to have your order shipped? Then we ask for a small contribution of € 7.25 per package for a domestic shipment. Not living in The Netherlands? No Worries, we ship to most countries in Europe. For the shipping costs other than The Netherlands check “International shipping Europe”. If the ordered products fit through the mailbox, the maximum contribution of € 4.75 will be applied within the Netherlands.

Why is shipping not for free?

This is pretty easy. Costs are incurred to send packages. The majority of webshops that offer free shipping charge the shipping on top of the selling price of the products.
We think this is unfair. As a result, customers who order multiple products are punished, as they pay the extra shipping costs for each product. Webshops that do not charge shipping costs, therefore, earn extra on the so-called "free shipping"!

We prefer to keep costs open and fair.

Not living in The Netherlands? No problem, we deliver to most countries in Europe. You can select your county at the checkout. For delivery to other counties please contact us.

When you place an order we will gather the products for you and deliver them directly to your home or office.

Delayed delivery

Lederstore strives to deliver your order within 1 or 2 days (within The Netherlands). Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order is delayed. If the status of your order is "shipped" then it is best to wait a few more days. If a delay occurs, we will try to report this to you. If your order has been delayed and you have not received a message about this, it is best to contact our customer service.
