Return and exchange at Lederstore
Despite the high quality of the products we offer, it can sometimes happen that you receive a product which doesn’t entirely meet your expectations. In that case, you can return or exchange the product. Together we will look for a suitable solution.
If it happens that you receive a product(s) that are not in good condition, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service and then return the product(s) within the return period of 14 days together with your invoice.
14 days return policy
For all your orders at Lederstore there is a return period of 14 days. The return period starts on the day that you have received your products. Within this return period, you can view and review the product(s) (but not using them). Doesn’t the ordered product not meet your expectations? Then you can send it back within the trial period of 14 days. When the return period of 14 days ends you will become the owner of the product(s). After this return period, the products can no longer be taken back by us.
After receiving your order make sure to check if everything has been delivered undamaged and complete. If you received your order damaged or uncompleted please contact us as soon as possible. We will happily find a suitable solution for you.
Return a product
Does the ordered product(s) not meet your expectations? Then you can return the undamaged and unused product(s) under certain conditions. The costs for return shipment to Lederstore are for your own account. If you want to return a product you can use the withdrawal form or contact us directly by mail.
You can send the product through a postal agency. Keep in mind that return shipments are at your own risk. This means that Lederstore is not liable for damage or loss of the products during the transport. Always ask for a tracking code from your postal agency and keep it safe.
Products must meet the following conditions in order to be returned:
- Within the return period of 14 days;
- The product must be complete and unused;
- In original condition and (factory) packaging.
After the product(s) has been received by us, it will be checked. Once everything has been checked, the amount paid will be refunded to your bank account within the refund period of 14 days.

If you would like to send a return to us you can use our returnlabel, which we will provide you by then by e-mail, mostly our returnlabels are cheaper than going directly to your postal office. We can provide returnlabels for the countries listed above. If your country is not listed above you have to go to your local postal office to buy a label.
Do not send packages back to us by cash on delivery, these packages will not be accepted.
Exchange a product
Exchanging a product for a new product in for example a different size or color applies as a new order. The best way is to return your current order within the return period of 14 days and then order the desired product(s) through the same way as your current order.
We charge shipping costs for sending the new product(s).
If the product(s) has to be exchanged due to an error of Lederstore, the costs are for the account of Lederstore.
